Why stage my home?

Buyers who walk into an empty house, generally cannot see themselves living in the property, as it is not furnished thus can come across unappealing. Furnished homes offer buyers a sense of belonging and homeliness in a property. For this reason, professionaly staged homes have a significant advantage in a crowded market. On average, professionally staged homes sell for 7.5% to 12.5% than those properties that are not staged.

How do I get a free quote?

We are more than happy to come in and give you a free quote for your property and explain to you what we can offer for your property. Based on this information, you can decide which company you would like to stage your home with.

What is a free quote?

A free quote begins with a quick chat over the phone with one of our professional stylists. One of our stylists will then come to assess your property and talk you through a proposal to furnish your home for sale. After this initial consultation, the stylist will generally give you a quote on the spot to style the property. No decision has to be made on the day. If you are happy with the proposal, our stylists will send you an email with all the details regarding the staging of your home.

How long can I keep the furniture?

Our furniture hire period is for 4 weeks with an additional 2 weeks for photography.

What happens if there are damages to my property?

We take great care in moving through your property and to leave it in the same condition as when we entered. If there is ever any damage while we are inside we will take photos and notify you immediately. We will then organise to fix the damage at our expense.
